PC is non environment friendly material, difficult to be recycled,
it contains bis-phenol which is harmful to human health.
PC is poor in anti-scratch property, sensitive to Izod impact strength, brittle. Poor in oil resistance, anti-UV and easy to turn yellowish. High energy consumption during processing,
its ink may contains cancer-risk component. Recycling process is harmful to the environment and recycled material has tremendous drop in properties.
• ABS
Poor impact strength, brittle and poor in low temperature impact strength.
Cancer-causing material is released during processing it is forbidden by EU.
• rPET
Glossy appearance Good process-ability，Easy Sewing, High yield rate in luggage case processing.
Energy saving, low thermoforming temperature. High impact strength, non breakable.
Good low-temperature impact strength, withstand -40 C in aircraft storage area. Can withstand -40~65C normal usage.
During sheet processing, luggage case processing and recycling processing it is totally environment friendly, non toxic, non smell, and harmless.
PET has excellent anti-UV, anti-Aging properties which are required for long term usage of luggage case. Theoretically it can be used for 30 years.
